Research interests

Normal and pathological sleep (prevention and treatment):

1) Effects of sleep and its disturbances on cognitive performance (learning, memory and psychomotor skills), on clinical signs and symptoms and on brain activity (electroencephalography: EEG).

2) Development and sleep: from birth to senescence.

3) Interaction between mental health problems and sleep: autism, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, attention deficit disorder, stress.

4) Dream studies.

5) Psychosocial environment and sleep
